Specialising in anything from sport specific training to corrective exercise, Matt can tailor the right fitness program for you. He is heavily committed to his own training and nutrition and this can be reflected upon his clients. The energy he brings to the gym floor creates a fun atmosphere, which he believes is an important element for anyone’s commitment to achieving his or her goals.
Having managed and worked in some of Cheshire’s busiest personal training studios over the last 8 years, Callum has conducted over 17,000 one on one sessions. They have been ranging from his own extensive experience of rehabilitation, to pre-and post-natal, to weight loss and kinetic chain enhancement. Callum’s approach to success with clients is to set and hit small achievable goals which allows for positive change in your day to day routine. With half marathons under his belt and a rugby background, there isn’t an area of training he can’t make bespoke to you.

Maria is a highly skilled and experienced pilates instructor as well as a qualified Boxersize teacher. Maria has 25 years’ experience of physical education and has worked with people of all ages and abilities. For the last 10 years she has been teaching pilates with energy and passion. She makes training exiting and engages people to help them reach their targets.
