With several years of PT and sports experience, Matt offers an extremely versatile approach for clients. Specialising in anything from sport specific training to corrective exercise, Matt can tailor the right fitness program for you. He is heavily committed to his own training and nutrition and this can be reflected upon his clients. Having managed and worked in some of Cheshire’s busiest personal training studios over the last 8 years, Callum has conducted over 17,000 one on one sessions. They have been ranging from his own extensive experience of rehabilitation, to pre-and post-natal, to weight loss and kinetic chain enhancement. Callum’s approach to success with clients is to set and hit small achievable goals which allows for positive change in your day to day routine. With half marathons under his belt and a rugby background, there isn’t an area of training he can’t make bespoke to you.

DREW ROBERTS

Drew is an expert in nutrition and specialises in fat loss and weight management. Drew is fiercely competitive and this really comes across in his sessions and the approach he takes on helping clients reach their goals. With 5 years' experience as a professional golfer Drew is also a specialist in golf fitness and core stability. Drew brings confidence, charisma and fresh ideas to each session and has the complete package for a personal workout. His infectious personality means that every single session is fun and enjoyable.

TOM NASH

Tom challenges his client’s abilities building their strength and fitness to push them past where they thought was possible, using the power of exercise to boost their confidence and self-esteem. After injury brought Tom's football career to a close, he re-trained in Obstacle Course Racing and has now represented the UK at international level at the OCR World Championships for the last 3 years.
From functional fitness and weight loss, to specialist disciplines such as marathon running and bodybuilding, Tom's experience and approach to training gives him the skills to help his clients succeed.

Maria is a highly skilled and experienced pilates instructor as well as a qualified Boxersize teacher. Maria has 25 years’ experience of physical education and has worked with people of all ages and abilities. For the last 10 years she has been teaching pilates with energy and passion. She makes training exiting and engages people to help them reach their targets.

Matt spent that last couple of years based within in a large commercial gym working with a large variety of clientele. Covering everything from sport specific training to simple weight management. Matt has a keen interest in the bio-mechanics of the human body and how to better the efficiency of movement. His approach towards training for himself has always to never over complicate the process. With his background in high level water polo, he has a natural competitive nature for success”

CHELSEY POLLARD

Chelsey is a level 3 qualified PT with a lifetime of experience in sports and fitness at all levels.
From being a Great British Champion and Black Belt 2nd Dan in Karate where she represented team GB in the world championships in Japan to being a level 1 Snowboard Instructor in Quebec Canada!
She is highly committed to her own training and nutrition and has also taught herself to do some pretty cool handstands!
She strongly believes that health and fitness should be fun and enjoyable for everyone.
She is a specialist in fat loss, strength & nutrition and is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
