Victoria is a highly experienced personal trainer of 20 years, delivering thousands of sessions to clients around Cheshire.

She has extensive knowledge of nutrition, strength and fitness and ante and post-natal fitness. Being a mum to triplets, she knows exactly what it takes to get a women's body back to where she wants.

Victoria is a passionate coach dedicated to supporting clients to achieve their goals, change their lifestyle, and work on personal development and growth.

She has successfully completed many fitness events, such as half marathons, Tough Guy events and the Royal Marine commando challenge down in Lympstone.

Victoria spent 7 years on stage as a fitness competitor, winning 25 top places in the fitness model category. She knows what it takes to build muscle and transform your body.

Alongside working as a fitness coach, She is now on her level 4 as a trainee counsellor after successfully passing 2 and 3. Victoria is passionate about mental wellbeing and health as much as physical well being.

Her philosophy is that connecting the mind and body spirit as one really leads to balance; what affects one affects the other, so working on the two will achieve more positive client goals.

With a vast sporting background, Drew brings confidence, charisma and fresh ideas to every session.

His infectious personality means every session is enjoyable yet challenging that will yield fantastic results.

Drew’s clients range from various sporting backgrounds ranging from elite athletes to amateur performers, so he can help everyone achieve their goals no matter how big or small.
